Premium Online ESL Education 

Sunrayed Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-registered online ESL education platform. We connect experienced foreign English teachers with students in China (primarily aged 4-12) for interactive online lessons. We sell online tutoring packages (1-on-1, 1-on-2, and 1-on-3 group classes) directly to parents, with an average transaction value of 260 SGD per package. All educational services are delivered entirely online.

• Standard 1-on-3 Group Class (10 Sessions): 260 SGD / 1400 CNY

• Premium 1-on-2 & 1-on-1 Classes: Pricing varies based on teacher tier (Elite/Premium). Please contact our consultants for a customized quote. All classes are conducted online and tailored to students' CEFR levels (A1-B2).

Terms of Our Service & Refund Policy

1. Agreement to Terms These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and SUNRAYED PTE. LTD. ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Sunrayed website and our online education services.

2. Services Provided Sunrayed provides premium online ESL (English as a Second Language) instruction for young learners via the ClassIn platform. We offer 1-on-1, 1-on-2, and up to 1-on-3 group online classes. Classes are conducted by highly experienced, independent professional teachers and are subject to availability and students' CEFR levels (A1-B2).

3. User Registration To access our services, you may be required to register an account. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

4. Payments, Packages, and Fees All official transaction fees are settled in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We accept payments via major credit cards, WeChat Pay, and other authorized payment gateways.

• Standard Package: Our standard tutoring package consists of 10 class sessions (applicable for up to 1-on-3 group classes) and is priced at 260 SGD (approximately 1,400 RMB).

• Pricing Adjustments: Please note that all tuition fees and package prices are subject to periodic adjustments based on market conditions, operating costs, and teacher tiers. Any price changes will apply only to new package purchases and will not affect previously paid active packages.

5. Class Scheduling, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

• Scheduling: Classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Students are expected to be punctual; classes will end at the scheduled time regardless of the student's arrival time.

• Cancellation: Students must notify their teacher or our administration team at least 24 hours in advance (Beijing Time) to cancel or reschedule a class. Classes canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged fully.

• Refunds: We offer a pro-rated refund for unused classes within a package if requested within 30 days of purchase. A standard administrative fee of 10% will be deducted from the refunded amount.

6. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and educational materials are our proprietary property. All teaching materials, databases, website designs, video, text, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by us, while our teachers retain autonomy in delivering customized content.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Singapore. SUNRAYED PTE. LTD. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
